Veggie Patty Nourish Bowl

Nutrient packed bowls filled with fresh salad veggies, hummus and Moroccan style lentil patties.

Ingredients

  • 340g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Moroccan Style Sweet Potato & Lentil Patties
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 2 cups couscous, cooked following packet directions
  • 2 cups baby rocket leaves
  • 4 baby cucumbers, sliced
  • 200g punnet mini roma tomatoes, halved
  • ¾ cup pickled red onion slices
  • Baby mint leaves, for garnish

Method

STEP 1
Cook frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Patties following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, spoon hummus and couscous into serving bowls. Fill with prepared salad ingredients.
STEP 3
Top salad with cooked plant based veggie patties, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
