Ingredients

  • 425g packet frozen Birds Eye Australian Hoki Super Crumb - Panko, Pumpkin Seeds & Puffed Quinoa
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, shredded
  • 12 green beans, blanched and halved lengthways
  • 9 snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 2 spring onions, julienned
  • 3 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small bunch watercress
  • 2 tablespoons fresh baby parsley leaves
  • Lemon vinaigrette dressing, for drizzling

Method

STEP1
Cook frozen Birds Eye Fish following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, combine salad ingredients in a serving bowl.
STEP 3
Serve cooked fish with salad, drizzled with dressing.
