- 1 bunch broccolini, halved
- Oil spray
- 250g packet trussed baby tomatoes
- Finely shredded parmesan, for serving
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon, for serving
- Toasted flaked almonds, for serving

Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Fish following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, place broccolini on a baking paper lined tray, lightly spray with oil and place in oven with fish after 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Add trussed tomatoes to the same tray 5 minutes before the end of cooking time and cook until tomatoes are just blistered.
STEP 4
Serve Birds Eye Fish with vegetables, topped with parmesan, lemon zest and almonds.
