Spicy Chicken Burger with Garlic Bread Chips

A seasoned grilled chicken burger served with golden and crunchy garlic bread flavoured chips.

Ingredients

  • 4 small chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 750g packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Chips - Garlic Bread
  • ¼ cup Sriracha mayonnaise
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • 1½ cups thinly sliced red and green cabbage
  • ½ cup sliced dill pickle

Method

STEP 1
In a bowl toss chicken in oil. Coat with garlic powder and paprika.
STEP 2
Preheat a chargrill plate or non stick frypan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
STEP 3
Meanwhile, cook desired amount of frozen Birds Eye Chips following packet directions.
STEP 4
Spread Sriracha mayonnaise on both sides of the burger buns. Top with slaw, chicken and pickles. Serve with chips.
Tips
If you prefer a milder spice level, use a mild aioli instead.
