Seasoned Chicken with Garlic Herb Broccoli

A delicious mid-week meal of seasoned chicken thigh cutlets served with herby garlic broccoli and crunchy Birds Eye Deli chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 8 chicken thigh cutlets
  • 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Seasoned Chips - Sea Salt & Rosemary
  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Garlic Herb Broccoli

Method

STEP 1
Combine seasoning and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Season to taste.
STEP 2
Cook desired quantity frozen Birds Eye Deli Chips following packet directions.
STEP 3
Heat a large non stick frypan over medium heat. Add chicken, skin side down, and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked through.
STEP 4
Heat remaining oil in a clean frypan over medium-high heat. Cook frozen Birds Eye Deli Broccoli following panfry packet directions. Serve broccoli with chicken and chips.
