Plant Based Tenders, Gems and Veggies

Enjoy this zero prep meal with golden potato gems, plant based tenders and steamed veggies.

Ingredients

  • 300g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Chicken Style Tenders
  • 900g packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Potato Gems
  • 750g packet frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Peas, Beans, Corn and Broccoli
  • Tomato chutney, for serving

Method

STEP 1
Remove 1 frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Chicken Style Tender and desired amount of frozen Birds Eye Potato Gems. Place evenly on a baking paper lined tray and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, turning halfway.
STEP 2
Remove cooked tender and increase heat to 220°C. Cook gems for a further 5-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
STEP 3
Meanwhile, remove 1 bag frozen Birds Eye Vegetables and cook following packet directions.
STEP 4
Serve cooked tender, gems and veggies with tomato chutney.
Tips
If you love cheese, sprinkle 1 tablespoon grated cheese over the Birds Eye Plant Based Chicken Style Tender after turning and continue to cook following recipe directions.
