Ingredients
- 2 x 25cm diameter pre prepared pizza bases
- 140g tub Leggo's Pizza Sauce
- 200g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Greek Lamb Style Strips, thawed
- ⅔ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 125g shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Greek style yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 cup baby rocket leaves

Leggo's Pizza Sauce Tub 2x140g
Method
STEP 1Spread pizza bases with Leggo's Pizza Sauce.
STEP 2
Top with Birds Eye Plant Based Lamb, tomato, onion and mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes or until golden.
STEP 3
Meanwhile, combine yoghurt, lemon and mint.
STEP 4
Top pizzas with rocket and drizzle with yoghurt dressing for serving.
Tips
Pull apart thawed Birds Eye Plant Based Lamb strips into smaller pieces before topping pizza for more coverage.
