Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pre-marinated chicken breast steaks or small chicken fillets
- 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Cheese, Basil & Garlic Vegetables
Method
STEP 1Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non stick frypan over medium heat. Cook chicken following packet directions. Remove and keep warm. Wipe out frypan with paper towel.
STEP 2
Add remaining oil to clean frypan and cook frozen Birds Eye Deli Vegetables following panfry packet directions.
STEP 3
Serve cooked vegetables with chicken.
