- 750g packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Sidewinders Chips
- 2 tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, plus extra for serving
- 1 large ripe avocado, mashed
- Sour cream, for serving
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Chips following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, combine tomato, onion and coriander.
STEP 3
Top cooked sidewinders with tomato salsa and avocado. Serve with sour cream and extra coriander.
