Loaded Sidewinders

Golden Sidewinders topped with a fresh tomato salsa, avocado and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 750g packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Sidewinders Chips
  • 2 tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, plus extra for serving
  • 1 large ripe avocado, mashed
  • Sour cream, for serving

Method

STEP 1
Cook frozen Birds Eye Chips following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, combine tomato, onion and coriander.
STEP 3
Top cooked sidewinders with tomato salsa and avocado. Serve with sour cream and extra coriander.
