Ingredients
- 200g packet frozen Birds Eye Plant Based Greek Lamb Style Strips, thawed
- 4 souvlaki breads or wraps, warmed
- ½ cup tzatziki
- Oakleaf or baby cos lettuce leaves
- 150g cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
- Birds Eye Chips, for serving
Method
STEP 1Cook thawed Birds Eye Plant Based Lamb following packet directions.
STEP 2
Spread souvlaki breads with tzatziki and top with lettuce, tomatoes and plant based lamb. Roll up and serve with Birds Eye Chips.
Tips
For an even more authentic souvlaki experience, skewer plant based lamb before cooking.
