Ingredients
- 250g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Flathead – Crisp Light Batter
- 450g packet frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Carrot, Cauliflower and Broccoli
- Tartare sauce, for serving
- Lemon wedge, for garnish
Method
STEP 1Remove required amount of frozen Birds Eye Flathead fillets from packet and place on a baking paper lined tray. Cook following packet directions. Cook 1 frozen Birds Eye SteamFresh Vegetable bag following packet directions.
STEP 2
Serve cooked fish with cooked vegetables, tartare sauce and lemon wedge.
