Dory Salad Wraps

These fish salad wraps couldn’t get easier! Loaded with veggies and topped with crisp dory pieces, they make for a quick dinner option.

Ingredients

  • 380g packet frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Deep Sea Dory
  • 6 small flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 3 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into long batons
  • 200g punnet mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 carrot, cut into long batons

Method

STEP 1
Cook frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Dory following packet directions.
STEP 2
Spread tortillas with guacamole and top with remaining ingredients.
STEP 3
Cut fish in half diagonally. Top salad ingredients with fish and roll up. Serve.
