Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 500g pork mince
- 1 tablespoon frozen Birds Eye Chopped Ginger
- 2 teaspoons frozen Birds Eye Chopped Garlic
- 850g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry - Chinese
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Fresh coriander, mint and thinly sliced spring onion, for garnish
- Steamed rice and lime wedges, for serving
Method
STEP 1Heat half the oil in a wok over high heat. Add pork mince, frozen Birds Eye Garlic, Birds Eye Ginger and stir fry for 4-5 minutes or until pork is browned. Remove and set aside.
STEP 2
Heat remaining oil in same wok and add frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry vegetables. Stir fry for 6 minutes. Return pork to wok.
STEP 3
Add chilli sauce and soy sauce. Toss to combine and cook for a further minute. Garnish with coriander, mint and spring onion. Serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.
Tips
Chicken mince will also work perfectly in this recipe.
