- 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Garlic Butter Style & Parsley Vegetables
- 1 tablespoons oil
- 4 x 200g beef porterhouse steaks
- 1 tablespoon chimichurri seasoning
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Deli Vegetables following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non stick frypan over medium-high heat. Cook steaks to your liking. Remove, season with chimichurri seasoning, and rest for 3-5 minutes.
STEP 3
Serve steaks with cooked vegetables.
Tips
An alternative to the seasoning is to make a fresh chimichurri sauce, by simply combining ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil, ½ cup chopped fresh coriander, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice and ½ teaspoon smoked paprika. Drizzle over steaks before serving.
