Ingredients
- 380g packet frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Whiting
- 3 cups baby gem lettuce, roughly torn
- 1 cup snow peas, diagonally sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill fronds
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 mango, sliced
- ¼ cup lemon vinaigrette dressing
- ¼ cup toasted macadamia nuts, chopped
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Whiting following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, gently toss together lettuce, snow peas, dill, avocado and mango in a large bowl. Pour over dressing and gently mix to coat.
STEP 3
Serve salad topped with fish and sprinkled with macadamia nuts.
