Ingredients
- 250g packet frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Flathead
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup frozen edamame beans, prepared following packet directions
- ¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

¼ cup sliced spring onion
- ¼ cup dressing of choice
- ¼ cup chopped toasted peanuts, plus extra, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Flathead following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, combine cabbage, cucumber, edamame beans, coriander and spring onion in a large bowl. Pour over dressing, sprinkle over peanuts and toss to combine.
STEP 3
Top salad with fish and serve garnished with extra peanuts and lime wedges.
Tips
Spice it up by adding sliced red chilli through the salad.
