Ingredients
- 380g packet frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Deep Sea Dory
- 1 continental cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3 celery sticks, sliced
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup mint leaves, finely shredded, plus extra, for garnish
- ½ cup Greek style yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Air Baked Dory following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, combine cucumber, celery, onion and mint in a bowl.
STEP 3
Whisk yoghurt, oil, lemon juice and garlic together until combined. Toss dressing through cucumber salad until fully coated.
STEP 4
Serve fish with cucumber salad, garnished with extra mint leaves.
