it's our delicious crispy coating that makes our chips such a sure-fire crowd pleaser! We start with local tassie spuds, coat with our secret recipe batter, then gently cook each batch in 100% canola oil. They're always a hit straight from the oven or alongside tasty dippers like vinegar, mayo and of course, that Aussie favourite, Tomato sauce. Serve them up, then stand back to avoid the rush!
