Noodles and vegetables in a warm salad sprinkled with sesame seeds

- 400g packet hokkien noodles
- 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry- Malaysian
- Toasted sesame seeds
- ¼ cup Kecap Manis
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ¼ cup lime juice
Cook noodles and frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry vegetables following packet directions. Drain noodles and vegetables and place into a large bowl.
Combine Kecap Manis, sesame oil, sugar and lime juice. Gently toss together noodles, vegetables and dressing and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
For a variation to this recipe add 2 cups cooked shredded chicken in Step 1.
