- 8 frozen Birds Eye Fish Fingers
- 8 cos lettuce leaves
- 16 carrot strips
- String or pieces of paper napkins for wrapping
- Sweet chilli sauce for serving
Cook frozen Birds Eye Fish Fingers following packet directions.
Place string or paper napkin lengths onto a board, top with cos lettuce leaves, cooked fish fingers and carrot strips. Tie into bundles and serve.
Spread a little mayonnaise onto each lettuce leaf before topping with fish fingers.
