Place frozen Birds Eye Southern Blue Whiting fillets onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
Combine apple slices, walnuts and rocket leaves and arrange on four serving plates. Add cooked fish and serve with honey in a separate pot for drizzling on the salad.
