- 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Broccoli Florets cooked following packet directions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Juice and grated rind of ½ a lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper
Melt butter in a small saucepan; add lemon juice, grated rind and black pepper to taste.
Place cooked Birds Eye Broccoli Florets into a heated serving dish and drizzle liberally with lemon butter mixture. Serve immediately.
Sprinkle with combined roasted sesame seeds, chopped pistachio or pinenuts.
