- 300g packet frozen Birds Eye Fish Cakes, cooked following packet directions
- 4 white or wholemeal bread rolls
- 4 iceberg lettuce cups
- 1 tomato cut into 8 wedges
- Prepared tartare sauce and fresh dill sprigs for serving
While frozen Birds Eye Fish Cakes are cooking, cut the bread rolls in half and place a lettuce leaf on each one.
Place 1 or 2 cooked fish cakes on each bread roll. Top with tomato wedges and a spoonful of tartare sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
Serve with Birds Eye Golden Crunch Wedges and extra tartare sauce for dipping.
