Birds Eye Fish Burgers


Quick and easy to assemble and very wholesome and hearty!

  • 300g packet frozen Birds Eye Fish Cakes, cooked following packet directions
  • 4 white or wholemeal bread rolls
  • 4 iceberg lettuce cups
  • 1 tomato, cut into thick slices
  • Prepared tartare sauce and fresh dill sprigs for serving


Step 1

While frozen Birds Eye Fish Cakes are cooking, cut the bread rolls in half and place a lettuce leaf on each one.

Step 2

Place 1 or 2 cooked fish cakes on each bread roll. Top with tomato slices and a spoonful of tartare sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.

Tasty Tip!

Serve with Birds Eye Golden Crunch Wedges and extra tartare sauce for dipping.
