A pizza cooked entirely on the barbecue, then just assembled or wrapped to eat.

- 2 beef sausages
- 1 cup frozen Birds Eye Sliced Onions
- ¼ yellow and green capsicum, sliced
- 1 thin pizza or souvlaki base
- 1-2 tablespoons Leggo’s Pizza Sauce BBQ Style
- 1 cup grated pizza cheese
Cook sausages on a hot barbecue for 10 minutes (but not completely cooked through). Cut the sausages into slices and leave on the barbecue.
Add the frozen Birds Eye Onions and capsicums and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through, turning regularly.
Place the pizza base on the hotplate and lightly toast. Spread with the Leggo’s Pizza Sauce and half the cheese. Top with onion, sausage and capsicum. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and drizzle with extra sauce to serve.
Just warm the souvlaki bread, assemble as above, top with lettuce or baby spinach and roll up to eat. Try with lamb sausages and top with fetta cheese.
