- 600g sausages of your choice
- 350g jar Leggo’s Stir Through- Roasted Tomato & Bacon
- ¼ cup frozen Birds Eye Garden Peas
- 2 cups cooked mashed potato
Lightly spray a non-stick pan with oil and heat. Add sausages and cook for 5-6 minutes, turning often until evenly browned.
Drain off excess oil, add Leggo’s Stir Through- Roasted Tomato & Bacon and frozen Birds Eye Garden Peas. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve bangers with hot fluffy mashed potato.
