Vitamin B3 - Niacin

Vitamin B3 is important for energy, and also helps maintain a healthy digestive system, skin and nerves. Men require 19 milligrams a day, and women 13 milligrams.

Foods that are good sources of vitamin B3 include lean meat, poultry, tuna, salmon, eggs, milk, wheat bran, peanuts, and vegetables.
